The South Texas Umpire Clinic is scheduled for January 23-25, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas. This year's clinic is at The University of Incarnate Word. The Quality Inn NW Medical Center will provide hotel accommodations at a location convenient to the ballpark and located near the Riverwalk.
